Blog #9

            This class has been an improvement for my writing; it has made be grow as a writer and to use my imagination. I do believe that I have grown as a writer since the beginning of the course to do many of the stories takes time and you learn from your mistakes. One of the readings that I enjoy the best was “Across the Wire” by Luis Alberto Uriz; my impression to this reading was that is an outstanding story. He talked about how people in live and the poverty that they had to overcome. One of my favorite writings for the class was the vignette, it was the first piece that we did and I really enjoy telling my story. The difference in this class was that you can actually share your personal experience and writing it helps you improve more as a writer.
